QUICK TIPS. From your Active Roster:

• Click on the blue +Add

• Choose "Search by Branch"

• Enter participants HCR# (or name) and click search

• Click the select box next to their name, then click next

• From the transfer drop down choose "Transfer" (unless they will shared with another organization, then click Share)

• From the position drop down choose player or specific position.

• Click Add

• If the red flag is present for waivers needing to be signed. Go to the Action button (where you submit for approval) and click on Confirm all Missing Waivers. It will then ask if you have verbal or written waivers. After this if the players are still "Pending Deficient" instead of "Pending" you'll need to delete them, then add them in again and the system should correct the status to Pending. 

• Click "Submit for Approval" to have new addition(s) approved.
